Reiki is a safe, gentle, and natural healing modality that promotes stress reduction and relaxation through treating the whole person- body, emotions, mind and spirit.
During a Light on Happy Reiki healing session, Kate will focus on the chakra system and balancing energy within the body to promote feelings of peace, centeredness, clarity, and well-being. Essential oils, candles, and calming music will be used throughout your session to help deepen relaxation and provide a more tranquil experience.
Reiki promotes whole-being wellness and helps to reduce tension, fear, anxiety, stress, and exhaustion. It can aid in relief from emotional trauma, negative thought patterns, chronic fatigue, insomnia and feelings of depression. Reiki is often used to promote prenatal health and to help women undergoing struggling with infertility. Following a Reiki treatment people often report feeling relaxed, grounded, and refreshed.

Often referred to as “the science of happiness”, Positive Psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing and well-being. Where traditional psychology places a focus on “what’s wrong” and how we can fix it, Positive Psychology focuses on “what’s right” and how can we create more of it?
Light on Happy’s Positive Psychology Mentoring sessions are individually tailored to each client’s needs. Sessions are grounded in the SPIRE method taught in the Whole Being Institute’s Positive Psychology Certification program, and focus on promoting Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional well-being. During sessions Kate combines her training in Positive Psychology, yoga, and energy healing with her experience working with people suffering from emotional disabilities to create a balanced approach to happiness.
Positive Psychology Mentoring sessions help people to identify areas in their life that are holding them back from flourishing. Through a mix of one-on-one coaching, at-home exercises, yoga sessions, and small group support, clients can learn tools to overcome anxiety, fear, depression, negative thought patterns, and more.
